Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a replacement item due to a defect, you will still be responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with the replacement product.

2. Lost or Damaged Items

shop.oddlyshrugs.com is not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping. If your order is lost in transit, no free shipping will be offered for replacement items. There may be instances where Oddly Shrugs decides at his discretion to send a replacement product; however, all shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

3. Delivery Estimates

We strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but we do not guarantee delivery times. The delivery estimates provided at checkout are just that—estimates. We are not liable for any delays.

4. International Shipping

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees associated with their orders. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by international customs processes.
